Luckily, our home inspection revealed no signs of termites, so we'd love for it to stay that way! Today we brought Orkin Pest Control to service our home with preventative termite control. During the first visit, the Orkin technician did a thorough inspection of our home to create a treatment plan for us. Based on our current condition and the layout of our home, he recommended a Thermidor liquid treatment to ward off any termite infestation.

Orkin's technician used a 2-foot drill to drill holes about 8-10 inches apart in the concrete inside our garage and on our back patio. After drilling, he injected the liquid treatment into the holes with a large syringe. He also put it around the house near the foundation.

Then he plugged the holes and filled them with concrete. For our back patio, he added some small and small stones on top to blend in with the rest of the stone. Can you see where the hole is? It's really invisible and I'm so relieved!
